4. Booking and Payments

■ All bookings are subject to confirmation by airlines, hotels, and third-party providers.

■ Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation.

■ Full payment may be required at the time of booking.

■ State Travels & Tours LLC is not responsible for pricing errors due to system or supplier updates.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

■ Cancellation and refund policies depend on airline, hotel, or service provider terms.

■ Service fees may be non-refundable.

■ Refund processing timelines depend on third-party suppliers and banking institutions.

6. Visa and Travel Compliance

■ Visa approval is solely at the discretion of immigration authorities.

■ Users are responsible for ensuring valid passports and travel documents.

■ State Travels & Tours LLC is not liable for visa rejection or travel restrictions imposed by authorities.

7. User Account Responsibilities Users are responsible for:

■ Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

■ All activities under their account.

■ Not sharing account access with unauthorized persons.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on the Platform are the property of State Travels & Tours LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

State Travels & Tours LLC acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We shall not be liable for:

■ Airline schedule changes or cancellations.

■ Hotel service quality issues.

■ Delays, force majeure events, or government restrictions.

■ Losses resulting from third-party service provider actions.

■ Our total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

10. Data Protection

User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection regulations.

11. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party system failures may cause temporary disruption.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if users violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
